Happy Valentine’s Day!
Honestly, I’ve never really celebrated Valentine’s Day (gasp). Hearts and cherubs were never my thing—they certainly never spelled romance to me. I remember those elementary school days when I would agonize over my V-Day card choices. Should I go with Tweety? Maybe a Disney Princess multi-pack? I always settled and was never satisfied.
Flash forward to 2015 and now I have a million choices and I can even make my own. This year I’ve designed a set of four 4×6 note cards inspired by BØRNS‘ Electric Love. I had Electric Love on repeat when I was making these. As you can see, I’m a big fan of bold patterns and bright colors.
If you’d like to use one of these Electric Love cards, you’re in luck. You can download and print them for free! Simply follow these directions:
- Go to this link and download the Electric Love V-Day Card PDF.
- Load white card stock into your color printer. (Preferably bright or diamond white in a laser printer)
- Print and trim.
If you use these cards, share a picture on Instagram with the hashtag #butterandtype. I can’t wait to see all of them!
Oh, and here’s a clip from the song in case you need some Electric Love inspiration. Go dance your socks off.
